There is one address and it belongs to a person rather than a department. Everything sent to it is read, which is possible only because the volume is small and the reply rate is honest about being slow.

Read once a week, usually on a Sunday evening. There is no form on this page and no mailing list to join.
The most useful thing anyone sends is a correction. If a review states that a world has three fast-travel points and it has four, or that a map cannot be rotated when it can, that is worth an email and it will be acted on. Corrections to factual claims are made within a few days and noted at the foot of the article rather than made silently, because a review that quietly changes its own facts is not worth reading twice.
Where a correction changes a conclusion rather than a detail, the change is described in the body of the piece. That has happened twice across the volumes published so far, and both times a reader who had played further than the reviewer was right.
A reader who thinks the compass argument in the compass note is wrong is not reporting an error, and the distinction matters. Disagreements are read with interest and occasionally change what gets written next, but they do not produce edits to published pieces. A publication that revises its judgements to match its post bag has stopped having judgements.
Requests for coverage from studios and publishers are read and almost never answered, because the method requires games to be bought at retail and played without guides, and a request cannot change either condition. There is no review-copy list to be added to, no embargo arrangement to enter into, and no advertising to buy on any page of this site.
Also unanswered: link-exchange proposals, sponsored-post offers, search-optimisation services, and anything that begins by praising the site's domain authority. None of these are read past the first line.
Corrections usually get a response within a week. Ordinary letters about games often take longer, and some never get one at all — not out of rudeness but because a single reader writing a single site has a finite evening. A reply is not a measure of whether the letter was welcome.
Nothing beyond reading and, where appropriate, answering it. Addresses are not added to any list, not shared with anyone, and not retained once a thread is finished. There is no newsletter here to subscribe you to and no analytics to link a message to a visit, which is described in more detail on the privacy page.
If you would rather your words never appear anywhere, say so and they will not. Occasionally a reader makes an argument good enough to quote in a later piece, and that only happens with permission asked in advance and given explicitly.
